How do i make an order?
1.) First of all you need to find the product(s) that you wish to purchase. Then select a quantity and click the "Add to Basket" button.
2.) When you are happy with your order, click on "Your Basket" at the top of the screen. When you are viewing your shopping basket, you will be able to update quantities and remove unwanted items.
3.) When you are ready to make your order click on the "Checkout" button, this will begin the checkout process. From here you will be able to create an account or log into an existing account. Also during the checkout process you will be able to specify a delivery address for your order.
4.) The final step is to make a payment, this uses a secure payment gateway which protects your information.
When do I receive my order?
If we have your order item(s) in stock, we will delivery immediately which is usually within 1 week. If we do not have your order item(s) in stock, we aim to have it delivered between 4-6 weeks. If you have ordered multiple items and we have some of your order in stock, we can delivery immediately or store it for you until your order is complete.

Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to Jersey and Guernsey free of charge. If you live in any of the other Channel Islands and would like to make a purchase, your order will incurr a delivery charge. Please click here to contact us for more information.
